If you are interested in helping to halt the mandatory spraying of residents throughout San Bernardino County and California, there are many ways in which you can help!
- Like and follow our page on Facebook. Like, comment, and share as many posts as possible to help raise awareness.
- Attend events wearing green in support of halting this spraying. See our list of events.
- Sign and share our petition. (TBA)
- Call the CDFA and your government representatives to express support of halting the spraying.
- Download a Resident Toolkit and share with family and friends.
- Post a notice and affirmation on your door to notify spraying employees and officers.
- ASK QUESTIONS! Email the details of any spraying to [email protected]
- Learn more about how you can help overturn the law that allowed the forced spraying of citizens by Moms Advocating Sustainability.
- Insist that citizens be allowed to follow the recommendations from the University of CA Cooperative Extension and Texas Citrus Greening.org
UCCE recommends the following for the control of psyllids and citizens should be allowed to choose to follow the recommendations:
* Do not treat plants with insecticides unless you have an intolerable psyllid infestation.
* Avoid insecticides that injure natural enemies including lady beetles, pirate bugs, and parasitic wasps.
*If you treat, select insecticidal soaps, oils and other least toxic products..."
